Surrogacy Australia runs a webinar series to help educate IPs (Intended Parents) and surrogates about the basics of surrogacy. It can be so overwhelming when you begin to explore surrogacy and to know what to do when advised to ‘do your research’.

How long is each webinar?
Each webinar will have 30 minutes of information and 30 minutes of question time.
Should I attend more than one webinar?
Not necessarily. The information for the IP/surrogate session will be the same each fortnight, however you are welcome to attend on multiple occasions to ask questions.
How do I get my questions answered?
Questions can be submitted in writing on the night during the webinar. They will then be answered live by the hosts during the webinar. They can also be asked anonymously if you prefer. Questions can be voted for during the webinar so they have a higher chance of being answered on the night if there are many questions (we have had time to answer all questions every webinar so far).
What if I still have questions after the webinar?
To have your specific questions answered, consider joining SASS for a one-on-one session with a Mentor.
Can I attend a Surrogate webinar if I’m an IP (or vice versa)?
Yes! You are more than welcome to join either webinar for information or to ask questions.
Will there be other hosts joining Anna?
Yes. Experienced IPs and surrogates join as co-hosts to help answer questions and to share their surrogacy stories.
Can I share these links for others to join?
Yes! Please do. Surrogacy Australia is passionate about information and support being available to all IPs and surrogates so they are not disadvantaged if they are not in Facebook groups.
I’m not at the beginning of my journey, can I attend anyway?
Yes. The information might serve as a sort of check list and you’re welcome to ask questions. We will try and answer them as best we can, although it is no substitute for medical or legal advice about surrogacy.
